Travel'r 12V Vinyl Armored

Starting at: $1,199.00

Ideal for Motorhomes, 5th Wheels & Travel Trailers. Easy, push-button operation.

Now you can have the same convenience and ease of use of an electric awning as you've seen on those big, luxurious motorhomes at a fraction of the cost. You may ask, "Why get an electric awning when the manual rool up awning on my trailer is working just fine?" Here are a few reasons:

1. Electric awnings are easy to use - any family member can operate the awning.
2.You can extend and retract the awning in seconds. If you're pulling off the road for a quick lunch.. push the button and the awning is set up in just moments! Or, if a big storm comes up in the middle of the night - push a button and the awning is fully retracted and safe from the weather. You don't have to wrestle the awning in the wind and rain to put it away!
3.Carefree uses worm-gear motors so you can rest assured the awning won't billow while you are traveling.

Great looks & proven reliability
The Travel'r incorporates some of the proven design features used on Carefree's popular 12V Eclipse. It features integrated styling and mounts flush to the RV to help the arms blend into the sidewall for a great looks. Available in White and Black. The unique truss-support design provides superior strength and maximum head clearance for easy access to your patio area. The Travel'r also uses a worm-gear motor, like the Eclipse, for effortless operation and the peace-of-mind that the awning won't billow.

Two Models available:
Flat pitch model
is ideal for motorhomes, travel trailers or patio awnings (if upgrading) mounted over slideout rooms. This model also incorporates Carefree's exlusive Rain-Dump feature that automatically releases pooled water. If mounting under an entrance door you must have a minimum distance from top of door to awning rail:
Square corner doors: 7" for Alumaguard or Uniguard rollers;
6" for vinyl rollers.
Round corner doors: 6" for Alumaguard or Uniguard rollers;
5" for vinyl rollers.

Steep pitch model for taller motorhomes and 5th wheels, where steep pitch provides more shade. If mounting over an enterance door you must have at least 14.5" of clearance between top of door and awning rail. Each arm requires a mounting area at least 3.5" wide by 59.5" tall. Ideal for gooseneck applications.

Cover is available in aluminum (alumaguard) or plastic (Uniguard).

If your RV does not have an awning rail, you will need to purchase that separately, as our awnings do not include it.
